The Format for the ICE Expert Scenario Web Page

The main page of the web site will have the following options in the following format and order. Give me one HMTL file in the end with the links accessing internal places on the web page. IO will assign a mnemonic, number, and name to the case.

1. The ICE Expert Scenario

Use the ICE Case Template to develop and code the scenario just as you had in developing the historical case study. You will have to speculate, hypothesize and generally invent a scenario with some detail. I am looking for realistic and plausible case scenarios with a timeline of events that builds the scenario over time. The “Description” should be where you develop the scenario. The others categories and their outcomes should be an outgrowth on the idealized scenario. Here is the ICE case template.
