Karin Krchnak's Key Cases on Trade and Environment

These cases are the products of the law students from the University of Maryland Law School and Professor Karin Krchnak. They have taken a view on trade and environment issues that is different but nonetheless compliment the TED case studies. These articles are built on four basic parts: an introduction, a description of the issue, key aspects of the issue, and a conclusion. Although they have a differing pedigree of perspective these general categories more or less concord with groupings in the TED cases. They are included as TED Cases and in the TED search engine. The numbers below reflect the series begun by Professor Krchnak (which may grow over time) and the concordant TED number.

  1. ECOMMENV
E-Commerce, Trade and the Environment, Eric Letvin (TED case #602)

  2. CARTAGENA

  3. EUTRADE
The EU and the WTO on the Precautionary Principle, by Leslie Hill (TED case #604)
