The 18th Global Classroom Virtual Conference examines critical issues of trade, environment and conflict, as always, but also adds a special focus on cultural geographic indicators. The TED cases revolve around some cutting edge issues that should or will be part of the discussions at WTO negotiations known as the "Doha Round". The focus this semester will be to link geographic indications with tourism. It is hoped that the overlay of intersts will provide the basis for instructive case studies.
