Financial Assistance
The following is a summary of some of the means of financial assistance available to BS students at AU, including employment opportunities on and off campus for which BS Health Promotion students may apply. These awards and positions have helped a great number of BS students finance their studies while gaining valuable work experience.
The BS program is closely integrated with AU's National Center for Health Fitness (NCHF), which provides leadership in comprehensive health promotion programming, international health promotion issues, and the use of technology in health promotion. NCHF program sites offer full and part-time employment and volunteer opportunities for BS students on campus and in the local community.

Many fitness clubs and corporate fitness centers in the Washington DC area offer full and part-time employment. In addition, there are many MS Health Promotion Management alumni employed in the DC Metropolitan area who may be able to provide employment or refer students to additional opportunities for employment.
