Position: Assistant/Associate Professor

* Assistant/Associate Professor Full time- Tenure eligible position Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in nutrition. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, teaching undergraduate classes in Human Nutrition, Nutrition and the Older Adult, Critical Assessment of Nutrition Programs, Nutritional Aspects of Biochemistry, and Nutrition and Sport. Also may include elective graduate courses, and coordination of Health Science lab.

Other duties include student advisement, and service on department, school, and college committees. Requirements include doctoral degree in Human Nutrition or closely related field, ABD will be considered. College teaching experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated scholarship and interest through publications, presentations, and attendance at professional meetings desired. Flexibility, and experience in multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary programs, and with multicultural groups also desirable.
