My dissertation on Health Promotion Informatics

Title: A Conceptual Framework for the Design of a Model Health Promotion Informatic System for Improving the Health Status and Quality of Life of Americans

My dissertation was successully defended on October 16 at 10am. The final document was submitted to the College of Arts and Sciences on November 11.

I am convinced that health promoting technologies will play an enormous role in improving our health and quality of life in the 21st century.

While I'm certainly no Einstein, I'm smart enough to know that there will be tremendous advancements in the field of Health Promotion Informatics in the next decade. Below are links that are related to my dissertation, papers, coursework, and throughts. I put this site together as a collaborative resource to help practitioners, researchers, students, and others think about the problems, issues, barriers, and solutions to some of our most compelling health problems.I'd love to hear your thoughts, reactions, or comments.
