Russian History

Professor Lohr is the author of Nationalizing the Russian Empire: The Campaign against Enemy Aliens during World War I and “War and Revolution, 1914-1917” in the Cambridge History of Imperial Russia. He is also coeditor of Military and Society in Russian History, 1450-1917 and founder and chair of the Washington Russian and East European History Workshop. His many awards and fellowships include the Kennan Institute Research Fellowship of the Woodrow Wilson Center.
