Capstone and supplement forms (300-400 level and 500-600 level) are due to the University Honors Center in Hurst Hall 206. Today is also the Registrar's deadline to sign up for an Independent Study.

If you're completing your Capstone as an Independent Study (i.e., HNRS 490, SIS 498, etc) you need to submit the Registrar's Independent Study form to the Registrar. Your Capstone form will not suffice.
