Make sure to forward your email

To receive email from Blackboard, you must either check your AU email account or forward AU email.

You can access your AU email account by logging in to my.american.edu and clicking on "Mail" in the upper right corner of the screen or by using the Lotus Notes client. If you wish to use Lotus Notes, please download it from the Technology section of my.american.edu after logging in. You must then contact the Helpdesk in order to finish configuring it.

To forward your AU email to another account:

1) Login to my.american.edu
2) Click on "Communications"
3) In the Personalized Links section, select "Forward My AU E-mail"
4) Enter the email address where you would like to receive your AU email.
5) Click on "Forward My Email"
