Absolute Web Graphics Archive - One of the largest collections of free web graphics on the internet. Now with 10,000 arrows, lines, bullets, buttons, balls, clipart and icons for use in web pages or desktop publishing. There are also tabs at the top of Absolute's site that take you to fonts and sound effects.
Web Clip Art - Contains wide categories from Medical, Law to Sports and Cartoons.
Free Graphics For Your Web Page - Fast-loading backgrounds, banners, buttons, fancy bars, and borders plus some nice clip art.
FreebieGraphics - Free graphics including triangles, lambdas, pride (rainbows), men and women specific images. Also features articles and resources for webmasters. All graphics are gay and lesbian in theme.
FreeFoto.com - FreeFoto.com is the largest collection of free photographs for private non-commercial use on the Internet.
Maps I - Tons of maps from the University of Texas at Austin. Be careful, though, some of them are HUGE!
Maps II - The CIA country maps and publications site. Every country has a map.
CIA - The World Factbook - Image files of national flags and regional maps. This site is also useful for general research because it contains the latest data on most countries.
