STARS: Student Technology Assistance Resources

The STARS offer student-to-student IT support during after-business hours to all residents of Hughes Hall. We are committed to help you troubleshoot your personal laptop or desktop computer problems related to accessing the university network, network printing, secure computing. We provide hands-on help with text editing, web authoring, statistical software, and more!

The STARS computer lab is equipped with five windows-based computers and a black-and-white printer. Available software applications include: MS Office 2007, Dreamweaver, Eviews, STATA, SAS, SPSS, and more.

Printing Costs
*printers require AU EagleBuck$ Card
Black-and-white laser printing is 10 cents per page.
