The purpose of the Abdul Aziz Said scholarship is to provide financial assistance to "...graduate students from historically underrepresented or marginalized groups who show great promise in their scholastic achievement and/or their commitment to IPCR principles, and who, without funding, might not be financially able to begin or to continue study at SIS."

The scholarship award will be offered to an American University full or part-time student who is pursuing a Masters Degree in International Peace & Conflict Resolution or any of the other Masters Degrees offered within the division of International Peace & Conflict Resolution.
