How do I register?

The easiest way to register is through AU's secure online registration system which will open for All-American Weekend 2011 in August. You may also phone or e-mail in your registrations to Rebecca Vander Linde at 202-885-5968.

Will I be able to get a refund?

Refunds will be granted only for written cancellations postmarked or e-mailed by Friday, October 14. We regret that we will be unable to refund fees after that date.

What should I wear?

This is a recreational weekend. Dress casually and comfortably for most activities. Business casual attire is appropriate for the Saturday night reception and reunion events.

What should I bring?

Don't forget to bring photos of family and friends, memorabilia from your college years, a camera, and an umbrella -- just in case it rains!

Where should I stay?

Visit our Travel and Accommodations Web page for more information.

Where should I go upon my arrival?

The first stop you should make on campus is the All-American Weekend Hospitality Center in the Mary Graydon Center Room 200, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. This is the place to pick up your registration packet, chat with classmates, enjoy refreshments, and get updated information on activities.

Are children welcome during All-American Weekend?

Yes, most definitely! Your children can join in most of the weekend's activities, especially the AU Picnic and athletic events. Special kid-friendly programming will be noted on the All-American Weekend brochure.

When will the Campus Store be open?

The Campus Store will be open Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Stop by the All-American Weekend Hospitality Center for information on special discounts on all AU-printed merchandise!

Will I be able to use Jacobs Fitness Center?

Yes -- don't miss a workout! Pick up a free pass in the All-American Weekend Hospitality Center on Friday or Saturday.

Are there facilities for people with disabilities and special needs?

If you or any of your guests have special needs, including dietary restrictions, that require special arrangements to participate in any All-American Weekend activity, please notify Rebecca Vander Linde in the Office of Alumni Relations at 202-885-5902 by Friday, October 14.

How can I locate my friends so I can make plans with them?

Reconnect with AU alumni by joining our AU inCircle Online Network, on Facebook by joining our American University Alumni group, on LinkedIn with the AU Alumni Association group, and by following us on Twitter @AmericanUAlum.
