The Academic
Regulations incorporates all university-level academic regulations
approved by the appropriate governance bodies and administrative officers.
The educational process of necessity requires change. This document is
to be considered as informational and not binding on the university. Each
step of the educational process, from admission through graduation, requires
appropriate approval by university officials. The university, therefore,
reserves the right to change admission requirements or to refuse to grant
credit or a degree if it judges that a student has not satisfactorily
met its requirements. When degree requirements are changed, students in
continuous attendance have the option to complete their programs under
the regulations in force at the time of their admission or to follow the
new regulations, but not a mixture of the two. When it is not possible
to follow the old regulations because of the nature of the changes, every
effort will be made by the university to accommodate the student's previous
work into the pattern of the new requirements without detriment to the
student's interest.
