AU students are the most politically active in the nation, according to the Princeton Review’s 2009 guide to “The Best 368 Colleges.” The book, which hit newsstands in early August, also names AU one of the country’s best institutions for undergraduate education.
AU was also ranked No. 13 for “best quality of life” and fifth for “great college town.” The university’s Career Center was No. 18 for job placement services.
Only about 15 percent of America’s 2,500 four-year colleges and two Canadian colleges made the book. The complete rankings are available at www.princetonreview.com.
