Will Compete in 1,500-meter Prelims This Evening

EUGENE, OR - Sean O'Brien, a sophomore on the American University men's track & field team, will be competing at the NCAA Track & Field Championships this evening. The championships are being hosted by the University of Oregon.
O'Brien, a distance runner, will be taking part in the second heat of the 1,500-meters. He qualified for the NCAAs with a time of 3:42.73.
The top four finishers from each heat, plus the next best four times overall, will move on to the 1,500-meter final held on Friday.
