2001-02: Ran a personal best for cross country at the Maryland Invitational by running 26:59.60 and placing 11th ... placed 41st at the Patriot League Cross Country Championships (27:14.00) ... won the 5000m at the Lehigh Quad (16:24.14) ... third at the Navy Invitational in the three-mile (14:58.44) ... fourth at the Metro Invitational in the 5k (15:41.86) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in track and field.
2000-01: Finished seventh in the 5000m at the Navy Invitational (16:04.11) and the Lehigh Triangular (16:39.4) ... placed 98th at the George Washington Cross Country Invitational.
1999-2000: Finished ninth at the Richmond Dual Meet ... finished ninth in the 5000m at the Navy Invitational (16:31.01) ... finished 11th in the 1500-meters (4:34.67).
High School: First-Team All-Suburban 1997 and 1998 ... seventh in the Suburban League and 16th in the district in cross country.
