Lisa Valentine joined the American University volleyball staff in the fall of 2002 as a manager. Her duties include assisting with practices and matches, traveling with the team and videotaping matches.
Valentine is currently a sophomore political science/law & society major and is involved with the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Hailing from a family
of five children, Valentine was a standout volleyball and track and field
athlete at Kingston High School in Esopus, N.Y., where she graduated from
in 2001.
