Roberto Vazquez begins his second season with the American University volleyball team.
In the 2002 season,
he served as a strong practice player for the Eagles while traveling and
performing bench duties for the Eagles. Vazquez brings an international
flavor to the bench after representing his Puerto Rican club team, Borinquen
Gardens Club, in many international tournaments. He captured a pair of
gold medals and one silver in Junior Olympic competition.
Vazquez is currently a sophomore at American University.
