WASHINGTON
- The American University women’s soccer team has added four
recruits to its class of 2008, head coach Mike
Brady announced Thursday. Siobhan “Chevy”
Gillan (San Diego, Calif./La Cost Canyon), Annette
Scott (Gresham, Ore./Centennial), Irene Karistinos
(Old Bethpage, N.Y./St. Anthony’s) and Artemis Antippas
(New Orleans, La./Isidore Newman School) join Jessica Buquicchio
(Oceanside, N.Y./Oceanside) and Alyssa Clemente
(Livingston, N.J./Newark Academy) in the freshman class for 2004.
“We are
excited about our incoming class,” Brady said. “Player
for player, this is our deepest recruiting class and most experienced
in terms of playing at the highest level." ...
