American University is on iTunes

iTunes now offers a place for universities to share audio and/or video of lectures, events, tutorials, etc.

The AU iTunesU site is continually growing. Check it out for podcasts from courses including World Politics or Producing Environmental & Wildlife Films.

Various teaching and learning resources are also posted. Faculty can listen to sessions from CTRL's annual Ann Ferren Teaching Conference. Audio of featured speakers at Noontime Conversations for faculty are also posted here (though you missed the free lunch, you can access the info). Students may enjoy software and other technical training tutorials. One bragging point of AU's iTunesU is the success of iLife with Alex. This tutorial album for iMovie '09 is one of the most popular course pages on all of iTunesU for this particular software. (You can learn from Alex in person at the New Media Center in Hurst Hall 212).

Last, but not least, potential students or new staff and faculty can learn more about life and services at AU.

Visit American University on iTunesU today. Learn from home or download a podcast to watch during your Metro ride.
