Tenleytown is a residential neighborhood of Northwest Washington, DC. It is located just off the main campus and is home to the AU Tenley Campus. Students can either walk straight to Tenley or ride one of the many AU shuttles to one of its many shuttle stops around Tenleytown. The shuttle will stop at Van Ness Street (upon request), the Tenley Campus, and the Tenleytown-AU Metro Station. There are many eateries and stores in Tenleytown. Some of the most popular are Z-Burger, Neisha, Guapo’s, Robek’s, Domino's, CVS, Best Buy, The Container Store, Chipotle, Payless ShoeSource, and Starbucks. The AU Greenberg Theatre and AU's Metro stop, "AU-Tenleytown," on the red line, are also located in Tenleytown.
