Small Groups: This is how we create a community of believers at AU. Guys with guys and girls with girls, in groups of 5-10 students. Small groups meet once a week separate from the Tuesday night service to dig deeper into God's word and live life together. Ministry Teams: In the Gathering, the students are the leaders. Ministry teams allow college students to use their gifts and talents in service to Christ through activities, service, and common interests. Missions Trips: Students at AU are encouraged to step out and share their faith in greater Washington, D.C. and beyond! The Gathering offers local weekend opportunities called IntenCITY trips or longer trips abroad through Global Impact.
