AU offers a shuttle service to transport students and visitors from the Tenleytown Metro Station, the Tenley Campus, Van Ness Street (upon request), the Katzen Arts Center, the Ward Building, South Side, North Side, and the Washington College of Law. After taking the AU Shuttle to the “Tenleytown-AU” Metro Station, you can board the Red Line and take it anywhere in DC.
Main campus to Metro schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 a.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 a.m. Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Passenger wait time should not exceed 10 minutes on weekdays and 15 minutes on weekends and holidays. On Friday and Saturday nights between 1:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., the shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
