The American University Club Softball team is a competitive, year-round, fast pitch team. Women’s Softball is a close group of girls all who love the sport, love to compete and love to have fun! They practice at least twice a week, on Wednesday and Friday evenings, with additional days depending on the time of year. The seasons follow the semesters, with fall and spring seasons. The team plays anywhere from 3-6 double-headers and round robins a season, all of which occur on either Saturdays or Sundays. The opponents vary from year to year, but have in the past included Mid-Atlantic teams, such as Maryland, GW, Loyola MD, MVI, Penn State and TCNJ.
