All tower cranes and concrete batch plant have been removed from site, and precast crane will be dismantled in early August.Building footings, foundation walls, and exterior walls are complete. Window installation is approximately 75 percent complete while roofing continues.Permanent foundation water proofing is nearly complete. Installation of parking and PT slabs on grade and service/loading area is complete.Installation of plaza and first-floor slabs for buildings 2, 3, and Technology & Innovation building is complete.Crane for precast erection is expected to arrive the week of February 8.
November 10, 2015 - Building excavation is complete.
Noise and vibration monitoring, dust control, and site cleaning measures are ongoing.
New approved work hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturdays are being followed.
Footings and foundation walls are 98 percent complete.
Permanent foundation water proofing is under way.
The concrete pour on parking garage levels P1 and PT is complete, and concrete stairs and masonry walls are being installed.

Below grade concrete pour is expected to begin in April.
March 2, 2015 - Installation of dewatering well and sediment tanks is complete.
Piping is connected to drain, and dewatering pumping is ongoing.
Geopier foundation system test piles are scheduled for week of March 2.
Groundwater sampling for testing and dewatering is ongoing, as tests will be performed on a monthly basis.
Excavation is approximately 70 percent complete.

Initial groundwater sampling for testing and dewatering to begin week of Dec. 8.

October 30, 2014 - Erosion and sediment control measures are in place and are being maintained.
Sheeting piles are complete, and installation of wood lagging is under way along south, east and west sides of site.
Sediment tanks are on site now.
October 2, 2014 - Erosion and sediment control installation is complete and approved (silt fences, inlet protection, etc.).
Driving and sheeting of piles is complete. Tie backs are expected to begin next week, as excavation progresses.
Dewatering well installation is nearing completion. Wells are expected to be completed, and dewatering is set to begin in approximately two weeks.
Mass excavation and hauling of soil off-site is expected to begin on October 2 along the approved routes.

May 15, 2014 - Skanska, the project development construction group, will begin to secure the Nebraska Ave. parking lot (future East Campus site) beginning on Monday, May 19.
Skanska will install fencing, and also will connect to the site's existing power and water services for their temporary needs.
Facilities Management will remove containers and any loose items on the New Mexico Ave. parking lot during the week of May 19.
For public safety, emergency telephones and existing site lighting will remain operational until fence installation is complete.
