Phases of Construction

Demolition – Existing structures, paving, and other features will be removed to prepare for new construction.

Site Preparation – Dirt and debris will be cleared, and digging will begin in preparation for the pouring of the new structure’s foundation.

Foundation – Concrete will be poured to create the foundation of the new structure.

Structure/Exterior – The skeleton that supports the building, and the outside walls of the new structure will be built.

Building Weather-Tight – Exterior walls, windows, and roof of the new structure will be sealed and waterproofed.

Interiors – Interior partitions (walls) will be built, and electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems all will be established.
