Chilled Water Update

Chilled Water Project - Most Recent Update:

August 15, 2012 - Project has been rescheduled to begin during winter break 2012-2013.

Past Updates 

May 15, 2012 – Chilled water piping, used for American University’s air conditioning system, will be expanded to accommodate and connect existing residence halls and quad buildings with the planned North Hall. Extension work will begin in late May and be completed in August.

During the construction process, there may be temporary inconveniences that occasionally affect our neighbors and the university community. We will always strive to minimize the impact of our construction activity.
