The compensation program has been changed to improve the link between pay and performance and improve managers' ability to recognize the career development of their staff. This facilitated optional workshop will provide a brief overview of the compensation program changes, describe the new merit increase process, define managers' roles in the process, and provide guidance to help managers make and communicate the merit pay decision. Managers will receive an orientation to the AsuccessfulU system which they will use to submit their merit increase recommendations. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the merit increase process.
