Virtual Career Exploration Day for Students with Disabilities (Updated 3/20)

On Thursday, April 17, the DC Metro Business Leadership Network (DC Metro BLN) will partner with Career Opportunities for Students with Disabilities (COSD) to host their first "Virtual Career Exploration Day" for talented students with disabilities. In an online environment, college students will have the opportunity to interact with recruiters from top employers in the Washington, D.C. region to learn about a variety of internships and full time job opportunities. Recruiters will be on hand to share information about their companies, provide resume advice and answer questions about specific job opportunities.

Accounting and Finance
Business Management
Defense/Aerospace
Hospitality
Education
Financial Services

Be prepared to ask questions and share your resume.

Students will also have an opportunity to receive career advice from Alan Muir, the Executive Director of COSD. Mr. Muir is an acclaimed speaker and subject matter expert on issues of recruiting college students with disabilities, disability awareness and etiquette.
