Dorothy Herman –
Ms. Herman is a second year MBA student at Kogod School of Business
at American University. She is using her degree to study how Internet technology
can used for business solutions. She hope works professionally in designing
information systems for businesses.
She has lived in London when she was studying photojournalism at Syracuse
University. She has been interested in their advancements in the IT industry.
Currently she is employed as a photo librarian at Army Times Publishing
Company. Previously she was a freelance photographer with the Gazette newspapers.

Jennifer A. Hooshangi -
Ms. Hooshangi is an MBA student at the Kogod School of Business at
American University. She lived in London for 3 months. Her email address

Beth Torres
Ms. Torres is a second year MBA student. After a lifetime spent
as a performing musician and musicologist, Beth decided to pursue a more
capitalistic way of life. She will graduate in May 2001 with dual
concentrations in Finance and the Management of Global Information Technology.
Residing in Odenton, MD, Beth is the mother of two sons, Albert and Alex,
and is married to the world-famous euphonium player Al Torres. Her
