IT is primarily being adopted by the financial services industry as a way of transferring data to other financial centers. Entrepreneurs are developing web portals and B2B networks. The tourism industry is beginnnig to install high-speed Internet connections in facilties although overall adoption is slow. The education institutions are adding courses and degree programs to train students in IT use.
