Every year the Emerging Arts Leaders Symposium boasts a roster of dynamic speakers and panelists from around the country. In its 9th year, the Symposium will build on a legacy of annual excellence, giving young professionals who work in the arts the opportunity to engage in dynamic discussion with peers and experienced leaders about the issues, unique or universal, that affect arts organizations. EALS is an annual meeting for young professionals who work in the arts —organized, executed, and run by AU Arts Management students. It is an opportunity to discuss the issues, unique or universal, that affect all arts organizations. Past keynote speakers have included Jane Chu, Howard Herring, Francesca Zambello, and Bob Lynch.
