      • The Emerging Arts Leaders Symposium (EALS) provides a forum for current students, emerging arts leaders, and working professionals from around the nation to discuss topics shaping the arts world. A day-long event kicking off Arts Advocacy Day, EALS has become a proud tradition for AU's Arts Management Program.

        A reception follows the symposium in the Katzen Rotunda from 5:30 to 6:30.

      • Katzen AU Museum
      • Museum members are invited to a sneak peak of the late spring exhibition with director Jack Rasmussen and a panel discussion on the impact of poetry on the creation of art and of art on the creation of poetry. Panelists include Michael Duncan, curator of "An Opening of the Field," Linda Voris, AU Department of Literature professor and artist and Split this Rock member, Judy Byron.
