    ROOM RATES:
    The single/double occupancy rate for IEE Conference attendees is:
    Premiere: $122 Additional person: $30
    (Note. This reduced conference rate does not include applicable taxes.)

    RESERVATIONS:
    Guests may call either 800-424-2464 or 202-797-2000 to make reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of the IEE CONFERENCE to receive the special conference rate.

    All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

    INCIDENTAL EXPENSES:
    Guests are responsible for incidental expenses (e.g. room service, phone calls etc.). Guests are expected to leave a valid credit card or a cash deposit in the amount of $50.00 with the hotel at the time of check-in.

    CANCELLATION PROCEDURES:
    Deposits (taken either in cash or by credit card) are refunded or credited only if notice is received 72 hours prior to arrival date and cancellation number must be obtained by guest.
