Carmen Cacho

- Dr. Carmen Cacho has a PhD in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom where she analyzed the effects of successive enlargements on the changing nature of the European Union’s external dimension. In addition, she has advanced degrees in English Philology, Public Administration and International Relations. Dr Cacho has taught language and political economy courses at the universities of Denver, Washington, Sussex and Georgetown. Her interests are in the external dimension of the European Union and contemporary Spanish political, economic, social and cultural issues.
