Professor Engel has been an Adjunct Instructor teaching Intro to Nutrition Courses for American University since 2010. She also is a full Professor at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. In addition, she is certified as a Peer Reviewer for Quality Matters, a faculty-centered, peer review process designed to certify the quality of online and blended courses.
