- Justin Marquis is originally from West Lafayette, Indiana, and before moving to the DC area lived in Chicago. His research interests are the epistemologies and metaphilosophies of Nietzsche, Deleuze and Foucault. His dissertation focused on Nietzsche's skepticism, and his current research project explores the interrelation between life-affirmation and metaphysics in the thought of Nietzsche, Deleuze, and Spinoza.
