To begin our work with the Humanities Lab we are planning a community workshop that will define the scope of the lab for its first year. All faculty and both graduate and undergraduate students are welcome. We are especially interested in interdisciplinary collaborations, so this invitation includes people from all schools and departments at AU.

The Literature Colloquium will gather undergraduates, graduates, and faculty in a conference setting to present on Seamus Heaney's Beowulf through close readings of the text on subjects ranging from adaptation to literary translation.
