Norse Soul—the legacy of Edvard Munch, social democracy, old myths, anarchy, and death longings

Norwegian contemporary art from the 1930s until today represented through a broad selection of works taken from four artists: Arne Ekeland (1908-94), Marianne Heske (b. 1946), Bjarne Melgaard (b. 1967), and Marthe Thorshaug (b. 1977).
