"He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind." –Proverbs 11:29
Inherit the Wind is informed and inspired by the Scopes "monkey" trial in a small town in Tennessee in 1925. A science teacher is put on trial for teaching Darwin's theory of evolution, and two extraordinary attorneys try the case where much is at stake. It seems as if social justice is on trial as progressive thinking and traditional boundaries clash.

performance features a follow-up discussion with biology professor Tova Salcedo on the Scopes "Monkey Trial."
