Professor Colgan, Associate Professor in the School of International Service, International Economic Relations will present and discuss his latest book, "Petro-Aggression: When Oil Causes War". A buffet style lunch is provided at noon. The book talk and Q & A will take place from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Copies of his book will be available for sale outside the Abramson Family Founders Room.
