AV - Event Support

In addition to supporting academic classes, the Audio and Video Systems and Services group of the Center for Teaching Excellence provides AV support for University events. These services include sound re-enforcement for large venues, audio and video playback, computer and video projection, and digital audio recording. Please contact us well in advance of any large-scale events so that we may help you plan for the best possible outcome. When making a room reservation through the University Center, you may indicate your need for AV services. However, in order to confirm your request, you MUST contact AV directly via phone or email.
