Executive Coaching
Students receive six sessions with an executive coach to review the survey results of the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), a 360 tool which measures behaviors that contribute to socially and emotionally effective performance. The ESCI feedback report shows how others, including manager(s), direct reports, peers, etc., experience the student's behavior in terms of the consistency with which he/she demonstrates the 12 emotional and social intelligence competencies. Open only to students in the Key MPA.

Executive Coaching
Students receive eight sessions with an executive coach to review the survey results of the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), a 360 tool which measures behaviors that contribute to socially and emotionally effective performance. The ESCI feedback report shows how others, including manager(s), direct reports, peers, etc., experience the student's behavior in terms of the consistency with which he/she demonstrates the 12 emotional and social intelligence competencies. Open only to students in the Key MPA.

Manager as Coach
This course teaches students the essentials of coaching to close employees' performance gaps, teach skills, impart knowledge, motivate, and inculcate desirable work behaviors. Students learn how to create a high performance culture, identify opportunities to enhance the skills and careers of people who want to step up to new challenges to take active responsibility for their own behavior and development and apply emotional intelligence theory to improve employee performance. Open only to OIG students.
