About the Eagle Eyes Program

In the ongoing effort to improve the campus life experience, Auxiliary Services strives to provide a quality dining and retail program supported by exceptional customer service. By soliciting the Eagle Eyes Secret Shopper feedback from students, staff and faculty, we gain a well-rounded sample of experiences. The survey provides valuable feedback and allows us to work with our contracted service providers to target and resolve issues as they arise. With your support, we will continue to work toward achieving an optimal campus dining experience.

Guidelines for Secret Shoppers

  1. Scheduling
We send out an email with your assignment (time, date, and venues) and the survey link. You will then have 72 hours to shop at the location and complete and submit the survey and receipt for reimbursement. This gives us more coverage, and you more flexibility. (i.e. late nights in the Tavern or early mornings in TDR)

  2. Surveys
All of the surveys have been reworked based on previous feedback. Please let us know if there are issues with the survey questions or the survey platform as we continue to improve them.

  3. Reimbursement Policy
We reimburse with both a receipt AND a survey. Please treat your receipt as cash, as it is required to receive reimbursement. We reimburse $15 maximum per month and $45 per semester in the form of Eagle Bucks only.

Guidelines for Completing the Survey

  1. Note the Associate’s Name Tag
In order for us to act on the feedback we receive, both positive and negative, we need to be able to identify associates.

  2. Reimbursements
The maximum reimbursement amount is $15 a month or $45 a semester. Reimbursement is only given in the form of Eagle Bucks. We schedule one shop per month and three per semester.

  3. Remain Anonymous
To get an accurate report on the venues and employees, it is important to remain undetected.

  4. Be Accurate
It is important that all of the questions be answered. Your report should be candid and in detail. Please remember, the more detail you provide the more valuable the feedback is to us. Always note names of staff or provide appropriate descriptions. Comments and ratings should coincide with open ended questions.

  5. Additional Feedback
To provide additional feedback, please contact us at or (202)885-3990.
