The Procurement and Contracts Department has selected WB Mason as American University preferred vendor for office supplies.The selection of WB Mason was based on a wider range of products, services, and contracted costs.
Placing Your Order
All orders will be placed through the WB Mason website. Please make certain to include detailed shipping information (names, building, room number, phone number) for fast and accurate delivery. All orders in stock and placed by 5:00PM will be delivered to your office the next day.
To receive a WB Mason account, please complete the WB Mason User form and follow the instructions outlined on the form.
Merchandise purchased from WB Mason can be returned for any reason within 30 days. All items are returnable for credit except: special order items. A return request can be processed by accessing the return feature on the website under the item purchased on the history screen. A WB Mason driver will pick up the return items within three (3) days.
