What is 2FIX?

2FIX is the central point of contact to submit facility related issues. 2FIX handles routine and emergency facility issues including, lighting, temperature, leaks, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and more.

How to Submit a Work Order

The best way to submit a work request is to submit your request directly into our central database by completing a Facility Service Request found on the web portal. Work orders can also be submitted by email to 2fix@american.edu or over the phone at 2FIX (2349), but the on line method is best.
