Ward Circle Replacement Parts for Variable Volume Air Boxes

Starting May 13th and ending approximately June 14th, Facilities Management will install replacement parts on all the Variable Air Volume Boxes in the Ward Circle Building. The work will be performed in the hallways above the ceiling and will last about four days per floor. There will be two teams of three working off ladders starting on the third floor and working down to the sub- terrace. The noise will be minimal as they remove the screws to relace the electronically controlled actuators. There will be no interruption of any service, just the presence of technicians working

Butler Pavilion Elevator Outage

Beginning Thursday, May 23, 2013 and ending Tuesday, June 4, 2013 Facilities Management will be making major elevator repairs on the Butler Pavilion east side passenger elevator. During these repairs the elevator will be out of service for the entire duration of the time specified. Access to all floors of the Butler Pavilion can be gained by means of the west side elevator located next to the Bender Arena Sports Center.

 

Two Elevators Out of Service

Currently there are 2 elevators out of service for the duration of today, May 23rd. Service will resume May 24th when repairs are completed. Please share this information with anyone who might be impacted.
