Management Information

Management Information is responsible for the administration of key software and technology systems used throughout FAS and the campus community including the following:

• AiM, the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), is administered and managed under the supervision of this department.
• SCLIntra, the campus Mail Tracking System, tracks accountable mail throughout campus while providing Housing and Dining Services and Mail Services departments the tools to expedite delivery of mail.

Management Information is also responsible for generating financial and management reports from the CMMS (AiM) for FAS staff and the AU community. To expedite your request, please complete a CMMS Report Request form.
