Timesheets and Leave Reports
Bi-Weekly staff are required to report hours worked and leave taken on an electronic e-timesheet or paper timesheet. Monthly staff are required to report leave taken on an electronic e-leave report or a paper leave report.
Each semester a payroll schedule of specific timesheet and leave report due dates is provided to staff and supervisors. This schedule can be found under the quick links section on the right or via the HR/Payroll Connection on the portal under Info/Forms--> Payroll tab. However the general rules for due dates are as follows:
- Bi-Weekly timesheets are due on the Monday following the period end date
- Monthly leave reports for the prior month (eg. January leave report for February) are due the first working day of each month.
These dates are subject to change if a holiday shortens the payroll processing. Staff and supervisors are notified when this occurs prior to the due date.
